Delete your Hahatron account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Hahatron and go to your Profile.
2. Tap Settings → Delete account.
3. Confirm. You will be signed out immediately.

Without the app

Email nrg.ck.ua@gmail.com from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask you to confirm the request before we act on it.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, photo, bio) and sign-in details;
• all videos you uploaded, including copies on our video provider;
• your likes, follows, blocks and notification tokens.

Deletion is completed within 30 days. We may keep limited records for longer where the law requires it or to handle safety issues — for example records of moderation decisions and reports for up to 12 months. Videos that other people already shared outside Hahatron, and promotional posts already published on our channels, may not be removable by us. See the Privacy Policy for details.
